Gyan Ganga  International School (GGIS) is located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and it is Co Education cum Day Boarding Senior Secondary fully Computerised Digital School. It is affiliated to Central  Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. Students are admitted from Class Nursery to class 11.

Admission Procedure:-

The Registration form for admission is available in the school’s campus and City office along with the prospectus and syllabus of the admission test. Kindly go through the prospectus rules and regulations before filling the registration and admission form. Registration forms should be properly filled and submitted to Campus office well in advance for the ensuing academic session for admission test. A child has to appear for the entrance test on the specific date given by the School admission committee. In case of absence provision of retest is not there and school will not be held responsible for the same.

If a student is offered admission, then the original Transfer Certificate, issued by the previous school, should be deposited to the school. Without the original Transfer Certificate of the previous school, admission can not be confirmed. While taking the Transfer Certificate of the previous school, please be absolutely certain that all the details are entered correctly, such as the spelling of the names, date of birth, class in which the student is studying, etc.

If a student comes from a school out of state the Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school shall have to be countersigned by the appropriate educational authorities and for CBSE affiliated schools it should be countersigned by the Regional Officer of that region. For the students coming from other countries, Transfer Certificate shall have to be countersigned by the Indian Consulates or Embassies in those countries.

Without the counter signature of the appropriate authority, the Transfer Certificate will not be accepted and in such cases, the Admission cannot be confirmed and later on it will be stand cancelled.

Admission will be granted to a particular class provided the student has been promoted from one class below, or has been studying in the same class in the previous school, strictly as per the qualifying marks obtained in the test and also subject to the vacancy being available in that class.
