The Julien Day School is affiliated to ICSE Board. The Julien Day School has english medium, co-educational schools for Anglo-Indian and Christian children founded by the Late Mrs. Grace Julien, an eminent teacher of her time, and governed by the Board of Trustees of the Julien Educational Trust. Provision is also made for the admission of non-Christian children of all communities.

1. English is the medium of instruction in the school. Teachers encourage students to speak in English. The vernacular may be used during vernacular classes. Students are expected to speak in English at all other times. If a relevant degree of perfection is to be achieved in the language then practice is the only way.
2. The school functions from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays when notified.
3. The days on which school functions are held are compulsory working days for all students and staff unless notified otherwise.
4. All students are to wear the regulatory school uniform whenever they attend school.

1. Application forms for admission are issued in the month of September of each academic year.
2. Application forms are to be returned duly filled within seven days from the date of issue together with the birth certificate and the last report of the school in which the applicant is studying.
3. For classes three and above, an Admission Test will be conducted according to the dates notified. For the lower classes, the parent and the student will be required to attend an interview. The results of the admission test will be put up on the notice board.
